Flag March By CPMF   As Per ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA L/No. No. 464/UP-LA/2007 Dated  Date: 25.10.2007  Role of CPMF and State Police in conduct of polls  Wherever the CPMF arrives in advance for area domination, it shall take out flag marches, point patrolling and other confidence building activities. On the poll-eve (day prior to the poll) the CPMF shall take position in and control of the respective polling stations. On the day of the poll, the CPMFs shall be primarily responsible for protecting the polling stations and regulating the entry inside the polling stations. One jawan of the CPMF party shall be deployed at the door of the polling station (either in static or oscillating mode) in order to observe the proceedings that are going on inside the polling station, as per the directions of Hon’ble Supreme Court.   What is Param Vir Chakra/परमवीर चक्र भारत का सर्वोच्च सैन्य सम्मान The Param Vir Chakra (PVC) is India's highest military decoration, awarded for displaying distinguished acts of valour during wartime. On 26 January 1950, celebrated as Republic Day of India, the PVC was instituted as a Gallantry Medal with retrospective effect from 15 August 1947 by Dr. Rajendra Prasad, the then President of India.The Medal translates as the "Wheel of the Ultimate Brave", and the award is granted for "most conspicuous bravery in the presence of the enemy". The medal was designed by Mrs. Savitri Khanolkar. The designer drew inspiration from sage Dadhichi, a vedic rishi who made the ultimate sacrifice by giving up his body so that the Gods could make a deadly weapon called Vajra or Thunderbolt from his spine. The medal is cast in bronze. In the centre, on a raised circle, is the state emblem, surrounded by four replicas of Indra's Vajra, flanked by the sword of Shivaji. The

  Click Here to go to official Site for Pay Slip भारत के रक्षक: हिमवीरों का परिचय 🇮🇳 Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) भारत का एक प्रमुख अर्धसैनिक बल है, जो विश्व की सबसे ऊंची और कठिन परिस्थितियों में से कुछ में हमारे देश की सीमाओं की रक्षा करता है। 1962 में स्थापित, ITBP को हिमालय के साथ 5, 700 किलोमीटर से अधिक की भारत-चीन सीमा की सुरक्षा का महत्वपूर्ण कार्य सौंपा गया है। हिमवीरों का जन्म: चीन के साथ 1962 के युद्ध के बाद, भारत-चीन सीमा की रक्षा के लिए एक समर्पित बल की आवश्यकता स्पष्ट हो गई। इसी जरूरत को पूरा करने के लिए ITBP का गठन किया गया था। बल का नाम "हिमवीर" रखा गया है, जो हिमालय के योद्धाओं का अर्थ है, और यह उनके कठिन इलाके और कठोर परिस्थितियों में काम करने की क्षमता को दर्शाता है। कठिन इलाकों में तैनाती: ITBP के जवान कुछ बेहद कठिन और दुर्गम क्षेत्रों में तैनात हैं। वे बर्फ से ढके पहाड़ों, गहरी घाटियों और तेज हवाओं का सामना करते हैं, जहां तापमान -40°C तक गिर सकता है। इन कठिन परिस्थितियों में जीवित रहने और काम करने के लिए ITBP के जवानों को विशेष रूप से प्रशि

     Lt Manoj Kumar Pandey      Lt Manoj Kumar Pandey on night of 2-3 Jul 99, Manoj Kumar Pandey was leading attack to capture Khalubar. In a display of courage witnessed in close combat, this young officer surged ahead of his troops and charged at the enemy through a hail of bullets. Wounded in the shoulder and leg, he pressed on his solitary charge till he closed onto the first bunker. In a ferocious hand to hand combat, he laid low two of the enemy and cleared the first bunker with complete disregard to his grievous injury. The officer, rushed from bunker to bunker, inspiring his men until the last of the enemy was annihilated. For his sustained display of the most conspicuous personal bravery and junior leadership of the highest order in the face of the enemy, Lt Pandey has been awarded the PARAM VIR CHAKRA posthumously.

Grenadier Yogender Singh Yadav

  ग्रेनेडियर योगेंद्र सिंह यादव     On night of 3-4 July1999 , Gren Yogender Singh Yadav was part of the Ghatak Platoon tasked to capture Three Bunkers on Tiger Hil. Volunteering to lead the assault, Gren Yadav was scaling the vertical cliff face, when the enemy opened up with automatic fire. He continued to scale the cliff through a volley of fire. In spite of being hit by three bullets in his groin and shoulder, displaying super human strength and resolve, he reached the top. He then crawled up and lobbed a grenade into the first bunker, killing four enemy soldiers. Yet again, he charged the second bunker with his colleagues and in a fierce hand to hand combat, killed three Pakistani soldiers. For his sustained display of the most conspicuous personal bravery and gallantry of the highest order in the face of the enemy, Gren Yadav has been awarded the PARAM VIR CHAKRA

The Battle of Longewala 1971 | लोंगेवाला की लड़ाई 1971

The Battle of Longewala 1971 The Battle of Longewala was one of the major decisive battles fought on the Western sector during the India - Pakistan War of 1971. On the night of 04/05 Dec 1971, Pakistan forces comprising 4000 soldiers, T-59 & Sherman tanks, and a medium artillery battery attacked Longewala border post held by 23 PUNJAB. Inspite of being outnumbered, Indian soldiers gallantly held the post and requisitioned support of IAF. At the dawn of 5th Dec 1971, the Hunter aircraft based at Jaisalmer wreaked havoc on the Pakistani troops with their devastating fire power. The Hunters of 122 Squadron flew 18 sorties and destroyed 36 enemy tanks, 100 vehicles and killed 200 Pakistan soldiers in a very short span of time thwarting the advance of Pakistani army in its tracks.
